April 4, 2024Imagine digging into this amazing bowl of goodness: you've got fluffy quinoa mixed with succulent prawns and a bunch of colorful veggies. The quinoa has that perfect nutty flavor and just the right texture, while the prawns give it that tasty seafood twist.
Ingredients
- 8 green prawns
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 1/2 red capsicum
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 punnet baby tomato
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
Note: You can use peanut oil instead of sesame oil.
Directions

Sear prawns in a little oil over medium heat until they turn pink and remove from pan.
- Combine quinoa in saucepan with 2 cups of water. Boil and cook until water is absorbed and quinoa is clear.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, including the cooked prawns, and serve.
