RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Warranty Coverage

• All Micro-Trim products are guaranteed against defects in materials or factory error.
• Any alterations or improper use voids the warranty.
• Warranty adjustments are limited to replacement or credit on returned merchandise.
• No other warranties are expressed or implied.

Return & Exchange Requirements

• Order number required for all returns (found on the original shipping container or packing slip).
• No returns will be accepted without an order number.
• You must notify us of any defect or problem within 60 days of receipt.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Merchandise must be carefully packaged as originally received, with the order number clearly marked on the box.
• A restocking charge applies to all returned items unless defective or factory error.

Product-Specific Return Guidelines

• Aluminum products: returnable for credit (minus restocking fee).
• Custom Stainless Steel products: not returnable unless factory defect.
• Standard black and white OTR microwave filler kits: returnable for full credit unless scratched or damaged.
• Standard stainless steel OTR microwave filler kits: returnable for full credit unless the protective film has been removed.

Additional Terms

• All returned checks are subject to a $15.00 service charge.
