All Micro-Trim products are guaranteed against defects in materials or factory error. Any alterations or improper use of our products voids the warranty. Micro-Trim will replace or credit defective merchandise. All warranty adjustments are limited to replacement or credit on returned merchandise. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.

Order numbers will be required on all returns.

No returns will be accepted without an order number.

Order numbers can be found on the original shipping container and/or packing slip.

In order to be considered for exchange or credit, you must notify us of any defect or problem within 60 days of receipt of kit/merchandise. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Merchandise must be carefully packaged in the same manner as it was received, and the order number must be clearly marked on the box. A restocking charge applies to all returned items unless they are found to be defective or factory error.

Aluminum Products can be returned for credit less the products restocking fee.

Custom Stainless Steel products are not returnable unless factory defect.

Standard black and white over the range microwave filler kits are returnable for full credit unless scratched or damaged.

Standard stainless steel over the range microwave filler kits are returnable for full credit unless the protective film is removed.

All returned checks subject to a $15.00 service charge.
