Prawn and Quinoa Salad

Imagine digging into this amazing bowl of goodness: you've got fluffy quinoa mixed with succulent prawns and a bunch of colorful veggies. The quinoa has that perfect nutty flavor and just the right texture, while the prawns give it that tasty seafood twist.


  • 8 green prawns
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 punnet baby tomato
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce

Note: You can use peanut oil instead of sesame oil.


    Sear prawns in a little oil over medium heat until they turn pink and remove from pan.
  1. Combine quinoa in saucepan with 2 cups of water. Boil and cook until water is absorbed and quinoa is clear.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, including the cooked prawns, and serve.
