Apple-Cranberry Crisp

Apple-Cranberry crisp is a delightful dessert that combines the sweet and tart flavors of apples and cranberries. The result is a warm and comforting dessert with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, often served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream to enhance the overall indulgence.

  • 2 pounds Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup cranberries
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ⅓ cup quick-cooking oats
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
